The "No-Screenshot" Promise
Our Unbreakable Commitment
NORA will never take screenshots of your screen. Ever.
This isn't a feature we disable—it's a capability we've never built. Screenshot functionality doesn't exist in our codebase, and it never will.
Why This Matters
Most "productivity" tools that claim to help employees actually surveil them. They take screenshots, record keystrokes, and monitor mouse movements—all in the name of "analytics" or "security."
We believe this is fundamentally wrong. Your screen is yours. Your work is yours. NORA exists to augment your capability, not to monitor your behavior.
How We Work Without Screenshots
NORA's ARGUS analytics module analyzes metadata and logs:
- Email metadata (who, when, subject—not content)
- Calendar patterns
- Task completion rates
- Workflow bottlenecks (identified through timing, not observation)
This gives us everything we need to optimize your workflow without ever seeing your screen.
Transparency
Our code is auditable. Enterprise customers can review our architecture and verify that screenshot functionality doesn't exist. We're building trust through transparency, not through surveillance.
